This notice explains how Auto Volt Motors handles information submitted through the enquiry form and which essential browser storage the website uses.

Information we process
When you submit the form, we process your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, preferred contact method and message. The IP address is also processed briefly to protect the form from abuse; only a shortened one-way hash is included in the email.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the information only to handle your enquiry, continue the conversation and take requested steps before a possible contract. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or our legitimate interest in replying and protecting the form from abuse.
Form delivery
The form sends the information to the website server through a secure POST request and then as plain text to info@autovoltmotors.cz. The information is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
Retention and recipients
We keep an enquiry only for as long as needed to answer it and handle related communication. If it leads to a contractual relationship, related records may be kept for the period required by law. Website and email hosting providers may access information only where technically necessary.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses a short-lived, strictly necessary session cookie to protect the form against forged requests. It expires when the browser session ends. Your language choice may be saved in browser local storage. The website also uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-1BJ4C8CE4P) to measure website traffic and usage. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies. We do not add advertising pixels.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data and, where applicable, object to processing or request data portability. Send requests to info@autovoltmotors.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
